Urban Vanguard covers all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes (including VAT/GST) for orders to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the USA. No additional fees will be required upon delivery. If you are ever asked by a carrier to pay additional customs fees, please contact our support team immediately at info@urbanvanguard.co.

All delivery times provided (typically 5-12 business days) are estimates. We guarantee that your order will arrive with all duties pre-paid (DDP). While we are not liable for transit delays caused by carriers or local customs processing, we take full responsibility for the financial clearance of your package to ensure a hassle-free delivery.
