Refund & Return Policy

At Urban Vanguard, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium leather goods. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with international consumer standards.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Authorization Required: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Urban Vanguard does not provide free return labels for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds are only processed upon successful delivery and inspection at our facility.

4. Efficiency & Alternative Solutions

We recognize that international shipping can be costly and time-consuming for our customers. To ensure the best experience, Urban Vanguard’s support team is authorized to evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer customized alternative resolutions that provide faster outcomes without the need for international shipping.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately with photo evidence.

  • In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to ensure you receive the high-quality product you ordered.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order. For international orders, a processing fee may apply to traditional exchanges to cover logistics.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For security and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Leather care products that have been opened/used.

  • Final Sale items or Gift Cards.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the conditions in Section 1.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
