1. Order Processing Time (Handling)
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Estimates (Transit Time)
We offer Free Tracked Shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the USA.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time through our "Track Your Order" page or via the carrier's website.
4. International Shipments & Customs
To ensure the best quality and price, our products are shipped directly from our international distribution centers.

Taxes & Duties: For most orders to the UK, USA, and Australia, customers typically do not face additional customs charges. However, any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: Urban Vanguard is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Order Cancellations
Due to our automated system, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, or once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order, and you will need to follow our Returns Policy.
7. Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at info@urbanvanguard.co We will open an investigation with the carrier to ensure your items reach you or provide a suitable resolution.
